HIGHLIGHTS

Project Assistance

We received a new project opportunity for a convenience store and have completed a project proposal, which is currently in progress for presentation. Additionally, several new projects began to come in toward the end of the month and will be reflected more fully in May reporting.

Overall, we are seeing a steady flow of opportunities. However, continued support is needed in driving more projects our direction. Once engaged, teams clearly see the value we provide, but increasing early-stage trust and awareness remains a key focus area.

General Activities

Efforts this month were focused on expanding both project engagement and education opportunities to continue building awareness of our services. Increasing visibility remains a priority, as it directly supports both project pipeline growth and industry adoption.

We are actively working to identify additional speaking engagements and outreach opportunities. If there are upcoming events, presentations, or connections that could support this effort, please let me know.

Additionally, a speaking opportunity has been secured for the Storm Shelter Conference in November in Norman, OK. Jason Thompson will be presenting.

Education & Events

We participated in a structural engineering event in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where a BDC presentation was delivered to 161 attendees. The audience was highly engaged, and we received strong feedback on the content and delivery.

We also attended the DBIA National conference (wastewater-focused). While the audience was more niche than anticipated, we were able to connect with several contractors and introduce the services and support available through our program.
